Return & Refund Policy – ClickWaveDigitalOnline

At ClickWaveDigitalOnline, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love every pair of shoes you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return your product within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including tags, labels, and accessories.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.

Return Process

  1. Raise a Request: Contact our support team at our website’s support section with your order ID and reason for return.
  2. Pickup/Drop-off: Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you to the nearest return center.
  3. Quality Check: After the product reaches our warehouse, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
  4. Refund/Exchange: Once approved, you can choose between:
    • Refund to original payment method, or
    • Exchange for another size or product (based on availability).

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection.
  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged shoes
  • Products purchased during Clearance or Final Sale
  • Customized or special-order items

Conditions & Notes

  • Return shipping charges may apply in some cases.
  • If the wrong or defective item is delivered, we will provide a free replacement
